Consider adoption of the Greater Helena Area Transportation Plan 2014 Update.
Present Situation
:
The Greater Helena Area Transportation Plan – 2014 Update process began in February 2014 and through rigorous technical analysis and intensive public outreach has culminated in the public draft presented by Robert Peccia & Associates. A summary of the public outreach is attached for review. The budget for the project has been expended. Significant changes or extending the public review process will require additional time and effort by the consultant and will require a contract amendment to allow for the associated cost increase.
