 E. Consider amending the approved conditions for enlargement of the water and wastewater service area for Parcel #1, Tract B, being a portion of the Hawkey Lode Mining Claim and Parcel #2, Government Lot 4, ME No. 4335, and Government Lot 5, ME No. 3562 being Placer Mining Claims.
