The City of Helena Commission has established three reimbursement resolutions for infrastructure installed by the City of Helena on the west side of town and waiting to create a four rebate for the completion of Westside Water and Sewer phase I and II project. The City has invested so far over $1,000,000 to extent water and sewer utilities to the west side of Helena and will be investing a total of more than $6,000,000 once the Westside Phase I and II are done. As of now, the City has recovered approximately $250,000 from the existing rebates and has 4 signed agreement for the larger Westside project.
