Consider a Resolution expanding the boundaries of the Street Maintenance and Improvements District No. 1 for Fiscal Year 2022.
Present Situation
:
The Street Maintenance and Improvements District allows for boundary changes one time yearly. The boundaries include Streets, alleys, and property within the corporate limits of the City of Helena.
Background Information
:
Expand the boundaries to include any property annexed into the City of Helena during the last fiscal year up to and including the date of June 7, 2021.

:
Expand the boundaries to include any property annexed into the City of Helena during the last fiscal year up to and including the date of June 7, 2021.
Advantage
:
This step will allow the boundaries to be expanded prior to rates being set so all properties to be levied can provide public input.
