Subject: Interagency Master Agreement with Helena Regional Airport Authority and Assessments
Present Situation: 1. Clarify the roles and services the City and the Airport provide each other via an Interagency Master Agreement.

2. Resolve City assessments levied against the Airport by exempting property from City assessments that do not meet the requirements of state of federal law.
Proposal/Objective: The Helena Regional Airport Authority (“Airport”) and the City have reached a resolution of several issues regarding the services the City and Airport provide each other.
